Program Minimum Acceptance Requirements
- Within 6 months of EAS
- Officer rank E-6 to E-9 and 0-1 to 0-3 and all Warrant Officers
- Some previous supervisory experience
- VMET provided with application (and verified GT Score of 100+)
- Clean criminal record
- Ability to attend night classes on base (2 evenings per week for 8 weeks)
- Scheduling flexibility for required day travel in Southern California to certain locations for direct observation/experience training.
- Must complete a 30-40 minute on-line, pre-acceptance personal assessment.
Personal Qualifications for Program Acceptance
- Must have a career interest within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Must have a willingness to accept a GREAT job in the city of your choice following EAS
- Possess high-energy and a positive attitude
- Enjoy a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Must be dependable, detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Must be assertive, decisive and enjoy working with others
- Must have a willingness to learn, accept additional responsibilities and possess the drive to advance
- Would consider relocation coupled with career advancement/promotions
