Troop Transition's programs were designed with the employer in mind. We understand from an employer's perspective, the challenge of getting access to active duty service members; especially finding those who have knowledge – or in our case, training – related to your industry and the type of jobs you're offering.

Our programs effectively bridge the gap between industry and the military; specifically, our on-base presence and industry-specific curricula enable a more efficient and productive way for employers to hire veterans-in-transition who are trained for the job before they leave the service.
