About Troops 2 Roughnecks

Troops 2 Roughnecks (T2R), a part of Troop Transition, is a unique career transition program for active duty military personnel. Offering accelerated training leading to highly valued oil industry certification, our program is offered exclusively to members of the United States Armed Forces. No prior experience is needed.

For your convenience, all courses are offered on-base at night and on the weekends. Experienced oil industry professionals provide the instruction. T2R works in partnership with industry leaders to provide job placement services upon successful course completion. T2R graduates are awarded first priority in the hiring process of these companies, where your military experience and T2R training are recognized and rewarded.

Our T2R mission is to facilitate a job offer prior to your EAS as the result of a successful interview. All training and placement services are offered at no "out-of-pocket" cost and with no obligation. You have served your country honorably... now it is our turn to serve you!
